DYNAMIC BALANCING

0.5kg to 5000kg L=5000mm

As part of our services, we offer dynamic balancing. We have modern equipment (balancing machines from renowned manufacturers), and we use the latest technologies in our work. We perform dynamic balancing of rotors, motors, generators and dynamic elements of all types and types. Each service completed by us ends with the preparation of a specialized protocol, even in G0.4 accuracy.

We work with both individual clients and larger industrial companies. Feel free to contact us. Our specialists will provide you with professional advice, present a detailed valuation and propose the most convenient solutions.

Balancing classes acc. G scale - ISO 21940-11:2016

Balance quality classes G have been established to classify the requirements for the degree of permissible residual unbalance for a given type of rotor, guaranteeing its satisfactory operation. The classes are shown below with examples of items for various uses. Higher numbers indicate a less restrictive standard and lower numbers more accurate.

G4000 class
Crankshaft assemblies of large slow-running marine diesel engines (piston speed less than 9 m/s), inherently unbalanced

G 1600 class
Crankshafts for large slow-running marine diesel engines (piston speed less than 9 m/s), inherently balanced

G 630 class
Crankshaft assemblies, inherently unbalanced, flexibly attached

G  250 class
Crankshaft assemblies, inherently unbalanced, rigidly fixed

G 100 class
Complete piston engines for cars, trucks and locomotives

G 40 class
Car: wheels, rims, wheelsets, drive shafts
Crankshaft assemblies, inherently balanced, flexibly attached

G 16 class
Agricultural machinery
Crankshaft assemblies, inherently balanced, rigidly mounted
Crushing machines
Drive shafts (cardan shafts, drive shafts)

G 6.3 class
Aviation gas turbines
Centrifuges (separators, decanters)
Electric motors and generators (with a shaft height of at least 80 mm), with maximum nominal speeds up to 950 rpm
Electric motors with a shaft height of less than 80 mm
fans
Gears
Machines in general
machine tools
Paper machines
Processing plant machinery
Pumps
Turbochargers
Water turbines

G 2.5 class
Compressors
Computer disks
Electric motors and generators (with a shaft height of at least 80 mm), with maximum nominal speeds above 950 rpm
Gas turbines and steam turbines
Machine tool drives
Textile machines

G 1 class
Audio and video drives
Grinder drives

G 0.4 class
Gyroscopes
Spindles and drives of high precision devices
